Sims Kids Studio Policies
At Sims Kids, our goal is to provide families with a safe, joyful, and flexible play environment.
Because we are currently operating under our soft launch phase, sessions are designed as short-term casual care rather than full time childcare. We kindly ask all parents/guardians to read and acknowledge the following policies before registering a child.
Drop-Off & Supervision
-
Sims Kids is a drop-off play studio, parents do not have to remain on-site.
-
Children are always supervised by staff.
-
We keep our groups small with a 1:4 ratio or better for individual attention.
Health & Allergies
-
Children must be free from fever, illness, or contagious conditions for at least 24 hours before attending.
-
Parents are responsible for disclosing all allergies, medical conditions, or special needs when registering.
-
While we take precautions, Sims Kids cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment
Safety and Behavior
-
We strive to create a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all children.
-
Unsafe, aggressive, or harmful behavior may result in request for early pick-ups.
-
Socks are required in the play areas for hygiene and safety.
Liability
Participation at Sims Kids involves typical play activities and the minor risks associated with group play. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that Sims Kids, its owners, and staff are not liable for injury, illness, or property loss, except in cases of gross negligence.
Cancellations
-
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be credited toward another session.
-
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Media Release
Parents/guardians may choose whether or not to allow photos/videos of their child for Sims Kids marketing or social media. Consent is collected during registration.
✨ Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and joyful studio! We’re excited to welcome your family to play, explore, and grow with us.
